Who is responsible?

What we collect and why
We ask for your name, work email address and brokerage or firm. We also collect your phone number. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange an introduction and discuss a possible broker relationship. You do not need to provide any client information.
If you arrived through a campaign link, the form may also include the campaign’s source, medium and name. These help us understand which activity brought the enquiry. They are not used to follow you around the web.
Our basis for using your information
We use our legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries and developing relevant business relationships. We also process limited technical information to protect the form from abuse. An introduction request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Where your details go
Your request is sent to BPLS by email and a temporary copy is kept in protected website storage to help with delivery and follow-up. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate the website, deliver email and respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
The temporary website copy is retained for up to 30 days. Enquiries in BPLS’s email and business systems are retained only as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. Contact BPLS if you would like information about your particular record.
Cookies and technical information
This website uses an essential session cookie for the security of the enquiry form. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Limited server security logs may contain your IP address. The form’s separate rate-limit records use a keyed hash of the IP address, rather than the original address, and are kept for up to two days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask BPLS to access or correct your information, or to delete it where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests or ask for it to be restricted. Contact info@bpls.co.uk to make a request. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
